It doesn't feel like I've been going for over a year already. I've learnt so much and grown stronger (a single push-up was difficult, now I can just get down and do them.) I have better reflexes and I am stronger having learnt more about mental preparation as well as physical. Everyone's always nice and pushes you individually.

The Science of China/Chinese Hand, (Karate-Jutsu), differs in the extreme from the notions that most people have of what karate actually entails. Karate Jutsu does not lend itself to the competitive arena and should not be confused with Combat Sport"
