Always well looked after by Andrea and all the Team at Renault Liverpool.Service undertaken very swiftly and with the much appreciated valet to finish things off. I keep returning for my vehicles and the customer service is a big factor in that.

Walked into the showroom a few weeks ago and felt very comfortable and not pressured. David Nicol was the sales contact I had . He has dealt with the issues I had and still is dealing with some of them. He has helped me buy a lovely car, for which i am very pleased with. He is very helpful and made me feel comfortable, and all of the staff was very welcoming.

Great service From Dave at Renault liverpool he was really helpful and patient throughout my purchase of my new car he was knowledgeable and understanding and really down to earth he made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend him .

Ordered an arkana on mobility thru Ben. Made a real fuss of our little boy let him play in the alpine. Kept us updated on the state of the order. Lent us a captur when ours was late. Excellent experience all around

Two great salesmen in Ben , & then when he was unavailable......Ian. Both very friendly, knowledgeable, professional & helpful. Ian kept us informed throughout the process, sending e-mails, texts & even video messages for that personal touch. We came back for a test drive which was excellent , then Ian explained all the next steps in great detail. He organised the financing, helped with the application process.....we chose the extra details with his help & then sat back & waited for our new car to arrive!! We came here today to view what they had to offer on Motability and they were so welcoming and helpful. Brenda is amazing, she immediately welcomed us and offered to get someone to help us, she was great with our 2 kids (2yrs & 1yr). We couldn't do much as we felt very restricted by the kids but Brenda offered to look after them if we wanted to test drive any of the cars which is such an appreciated offer. Dave explained to me that everyone, including Brenda is Motability trained which is so beneficial as you can just turn up whenever suits you and there will definitely be someone who can answer your questions and guide you.We are hoping to put our order in shortly but we really wanted to say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and friendliness of all of the staff at Liverpool Renault. It felt like a very relaxed atmosphere which is always a plus in a car showroom (don't want to be pressured when making a big decision like a car).Thank you so much to everyone at Renault, you were so helpful and we'll hopefully see you all soon!

We went into Renault Liverpool to look for our sons first car. We spoke to Dave Nicol, who was brilliant from start to finish. Dave gave us great advice and had good knowledge of the car we picked, and he was very patient with our son when we took him back for a test drive. Dealt with Craig G. Fantastic experience buying a car. No sales pressure was ever applied which massively helps. Very informative and helpful guy who clearly knows his stuff. No question was too big. Will definitely be coming back to Craig for the next one.
