Wouldnt recommend, they call 4 times a day. Missed one payment - they couldnt not understand, I will pay you next month. I spoke with (seemed) untrained/rude memeber of staff. He kept asking me when can you pay and already told wouldnt pay until next month. Now I'm being pestered by emails!!!

They have had my stress levels through the roof giving me miss leading information and basically lied to my face sorted all paper work around mid day they said it would be in by 6.30pm im still waiting 24 hrs later

My Partner went with paper work to confirm his loan and was told money was going to paid by 7pm Friday still waitingnow saying g today by 4.30 nothing has yet please do not use this company and they let you sign the loan agreement and then phone and tell you tht you can't have the loan so my partner isn't very happy as they have wasted his time

Would not recommend to anyone their staff is rude . I applied for small amount of loan to clear my debt . They called me and referred to reading branch they took all documents and after that said we cant lend lady who was dealing me was very rude . They wasted my time .

Process is long and wasteful, making people go in branch, can't deal with it online, 13 calls just to get basic information I had already given them. When finally finalising my loan, they changed everything compared to what I asked.Communication between colleagues is useless, the underwriters took a whole week to actually look at my application, not professional at all
