It should be 6 stars really. My house has a rising damp issue. Through Google search, I found Alex of Atruss Perservation. He was so good and excellent in sorting out the damp and also burst pipe damage that I have to give him a 6 stars rating not just 5 stars. He and Dan, his assistant, are excellent in skill, very professional with brilliant quality of work, hard working and reasonable price. I count myself lucky to find him to work in my house. Lastly I am very pleased with the end result. Alex, you are a true star.

ATRUSS PRESERVATION
We recently had a new damp proof course installed by Atruss in our kitchen. From the initial visit and quote to completion the service throughout was of the highest quality. We were kept regularly updated as to progress and of particular note was the attention to detail and the accent on keeping tidy and protecting the surrounds in the kitchen (as far as possible). We were very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Atruss to anybody with damp problems, however small.

We were really impressed by Atruss. They are very courteous and polite did a great job damp proofing our bedroom which had quite a bad case of rising damp. We are very pleased with what they have done. I fully recommend them.

Alex and his team were quick and efficient in helping to diagnose the problem and carry out the work needed to fix things on a short time scale.They worked quickly but kept me in the loop with what was happening and did a splendid job cleaning up after themselves. I'd very much recommend Atruss if anyone has any damproofing or plastering needs!

Alex and his colleagues provided a really quick turnaround time installing a damp proof course and re-rendering. This was a great value service, and Alex was great with communication and very reliable. He sent over a receipt and guarantee in really timely manner and the quote I received was informative and helpful. Alex and his colleague were lovely and professional. Put back the skirting boards as before and left everything really clean, I could leave my furniture in the flat as they covered and protected everything. I am not one to leave reviews but this was a stand out service, thank you so much to Alex and his team.

We received excellent service from Atruss. The owner Alex attended our property in person and performed a damp survey the same day we phoned him which was excellent, as we had time pressures. In addition, he provided a comprehensive report with detailed costings within two days. There was no charge and no obligation to have him perform the work ! We would highly recommend Alex and this company.
