Come in to the oxford branch today, was greeted by Heather who helped us choose our perfect mattress. She was informative and offered us advice great advice.Thank you so much, we appreciate it.

Absolutely appalling, one of our clients ordered a bed from this company and there incompetent delivery service (3rd party) company FAILED to deliver 3 times claiming that no one is home, although the development has 24hr concierge and the owner were NEVER contacted about the driver being outside. They then had the audacity to charge £90+ pounds every time they had to re-deliver. When the owner called/tried to make contact for the delivery he was told it’s a 3rd party company and that he (owner) needs to call them directly?!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…

We bought our sofa suite from Caspian today, who helped us throughout the process.We loved the helpful approach rather than the full sales tactics which can be overwhelming. He ensured that we had everything we needed and it was all correct before ordering.Very helpful!

I have visited NCF in Milton Keynes three times now and each time I have been there both Caspian and Margarita have been very professional,polite and helpful. They do not push you into buying anything and allow you to browse the store at your leisure. This is one thing which I really like as some places like DFS and SCS can be extremely pushy. .I have now purchased my sofa and can't wait for it's arrival. Margarita is very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her. We'll done to NCF

Shocking customer service from NCF, having delivered the incorrect item to us. Nearly two weeks later, we are yet to hear when the sofa in question will be collected and the replacement, delivered. The store (Winterhill, Milton Keynes) tells you they can do nothing further to help, despite it being their error, while Customer Services does not offer a phone number, nor do they offer any resolution in the designated 72 hour window. Broken promise after broken promise and it's just not good enough. My recommendation- avoid, avoid, avoid - and save your money for DFS.

Margarita was very helpful with our purchase as she did with our previous purchase few weeks ago. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

Popped in this store and greeted by a lady called Heather who couldn't of been more helpful her understanding of what I was looking for was amazing and helped me make my decision with no pressure like I'd had in the previous store and there pricing was realistic thank you

Been looking for a new sofa and have visited many retailers and this was the first we felt like we wasn't being hassled. Heather was fantastic was very helpful and was able to advise on everything we needed and not pushing us towards high end. Fantastic service would definitely recomend

Terrible customer service from the Milton Keynes Winterhill team. Highly disappointing. We purchased a table and 6 chairs set that was delivered on the 11th of September and assembled by their team. Within days screws started falling from the chairs after sitting . Even after tightening the screws the chairs just fall apart.I went back to the winterhill store and completed a complaint form. I was informed that I would have a response back from the team in 3 days and I have not heard anything 10 days later.I have emailed the ncf customer service team twice without any response.My 4 year old has since had a nasty fall on these chairs because of your lack of responsibility to rectify what could be a simple problem. 4 out 6 chairs are unusable.Totally would not recommend wasting your money on their products.

Visited the store twice and spoke to Margarita and Heather, both of whom were really friendly and gave us some great advice on the sofa we wanted to get. We ended up ordering it today so thanks again to the both of them
