First time at this place and really like it. The inside decorated very nicely. Good service and really nice breakfast. Side salad not big enough for me but very tasty. They also have a good choice of herbal teas. I will choose RBI’s place again when come to Lanark again .

Me and my sister had a lovely meal last week. All freshly cooked with fresh ingredients and very reasonably priced. I had the lasagne and my sister had salmon.

Extremely disappointed with the recent levels of service. We often order early to ensure we get our food on time. Today we ordered at 4.52pm online using the App, for a 6.45pm-7pm delivery. Called twice after 7pm to finally receive our delivery at 7.49pm - The food was alright, but we won't be ordering again anytime soon......and don't give me the it's Saturday and we're busy".....we know! That's why we have you over 2 hours notice!"

I was so disgusted last night.I had the macaroni cheese...when I got the dish it looked like a dish of p..e ...it was grease all over this whats it called???? oh yes MACARONI..there was no cheese no sauce unless you call grease the sauce... I had to bites, it was my son that bought it for me he had a taste and did not like it he told me not to eat it.The person that delivers to us is pleasant.But I would never recommend the macaroni unless they change the person that makes it.

2.5 hours for a burnt cold pizza - we were told at 1.5 hours it was on its way but still took another hour.Picture 2 shows paper found in pizza base

Ordered chips, cheese, donner meat and sauce. waited over an hour and they only gave me chips and cheese. Phoned them and said I didn't get the right order, they said they would send some donner meat out, I asked then if they could just remake the full order as the chips they gave me are cold, the woman on the phone huffed and it sounded like it was an inconvenience to them, she said fine. Waited for them to bring it and the donner meat was dry and tough like it was old stuff that had lay for ages, did not eat it, it went in the bin. Would not recommend

Fish supper awful. Got single fish as well with no salt or vinegar but it was just mush. Batter non existent. Never again.

The food here is pretty great. If they get it to you promptly. I ordered on a Wednesday and then had to call back some 70 minutes later to ask where it was - it had only been sitting ignored in its bag and ready to go for 45 of those minutes. It was cold.The big problem is that most of the place's hires are girls of school age, who have other stuff to think about, because they can be paid less. I'm going to have to stop using them eventually, but it's not like I would ever go to the other chip shop after how the owners treated my sister. Leaves me making my own chippie food.

You can easily walk by this cafe without noticing it at the top of Lanark High Street. Inside it is spacious, well decorated, and the service is good. I just had a coffee but my friend rates the food. There's a good choice on the menu.
