Great company to deal with. After we were unable to move home and having learnt of another increase in energy prices, we felt it was the right time to upgrade some of our windows. Did a great job and excellent value for money.

Refreshingly honest. They only charged for the parts which needed replacement so the cost was less than the original quote. Excellent professional service, friendly, very knowledgeable.

Local Window Care and Repair Ltd has just repaired one of my turn and tilt windows. I hadn't been able to open the window since it broke as I was told it would not close again. Two other window companies had looked at it and said it was not repairable, that it was old and parts were not available and I would need to get a new window. After a free visit and estimate from the Company, a repair man from Local Window Care and Repair Ltd fixed it in less than half an hour, costing around £100 and with a one year guarantee. To me this was a lesson in if you need something doing

I used this local care and repair company as they were relatively local and I had a problem with a tilt and turn mechanism on a pvcu window in the house. Their technician, Billy, came when Angela, in the office, said he would come. A good start for any business. I was quoted a price, accepted it, and we made a date to have the work carried out. Billy and a colleague arrived on time, The job was completed in good time, as it was discovered that the fault lay in the lockable handle and not the T &T mechanism. The system was lubricated, a new lockable handle fitted. Job done!The guys charged me a bit less into the bargain.Now that’s a company whose details I will keep a hold of a pass on to friends and neighbours.Well done guys.Jim S

I am very impressed with this company. Don, in less than 24hrs of my initial query, gave me excellent advice and reassurance that my windows could be repaired and a very competitive quote. All the staff I have dealt with are a credit to the company, from Kelly and Lorraine ,in the office ,to Martin, Andy and Grant, the fitting engineers. The work was completed within the time agreed in spite of the dreadful weather. I was very impressed with how little mess there was considering the number of units needing to be replaced. Thanks to Don and his staff, I can see through my windows again.

We had a great experience with Listed Windows. Grant done a great job repairing all the seals and replacing handles. We have a newborn baby who room was freezing through the night and Grant found the issue a repaired in a timely manner. Grant was very professional and left the rooms spotless after he finished the job.Replaced all handles and seals in the house. Fixed my front doors and repairs a bathroom window that was not opening.Grant also arrived at the agreed timeslot.It fair to say I will be using the company for all windows and door repairs going forward.Thanks for a great job at an amazing price.

Very efficient. Had Martin out to check my windows told me only 2 of them needed seals replaced came back a few days later to replace seals. Great job very reasonably priced. Other companies would have done all the windows even if they didn’t need done. Very pleased. Great service.

Several windows repaired including a full glass replacement in a double glazed unit. Grant was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. All done at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.Had Grant out again today (14/9/23) to replace what I thought was a broken handle. He identified immediately that it was the mechanism and had the part in his van. Fixed within 30 mins and away. Top class!
