Rubbish sevice. Organised to collect parcel today only to receive a text indicting an early post meridian delivery .then another saying there was a problem. TOTAL WASTE of a day. No way to contact driver or anything but a totally useless automated system. Pay an extra £100 regardless of item price and walk out with it in your hand. Would give a zero rating but it will not let me!

They text me at 8am on Friday to say that my parcel will be delivered between a certain time. Nothing arrived. This morning (Monday) I get a text telling me that my parcel will be delivered between 3pm/4:30pm. Its now nearly 6pm. Tracking hasn't been updated since Friday either. None of the telephone numbers for your company are working and DHL seem to have no clue about my parcel either. This delay has cost me and my business dearly. STOP hiding from your customers and whoever made the dicision to not accept calls should get sacked! It's bloody Christmas!!!!
