Pentir Church

Holds weekly services. Also marriages and funerals by prior arrangement.

Saint Cedil's Church, Pentir, is a nineteenth century Church built to replace the charming little eighteenth century chapel some 50 metres away. The main graveyard to the back of the church and the new extension to the front of the church are both beautifully maintained but ,sadly, on the day I visited the church the graveyard surrounding the church itself was overgrown and very unkempt. I have not been inside this church. Ample parking in front of the new cemetery extension.
