I have recently had a very good experience marketing a property with Lovells in Skegness. They answered my initial call after 3 other agents did not pick up. They offered a very reasonable price for sales package which of course included a posting on rightmove. I met with Beccy and Sam and between them they both did an excellent job keeping me informed and communicating between both parties. The marketing details were put together quickly and in good order including a video from Beccy which included a commentary which is often missing when I look at other properties. They helped us through the conveyancing to meet a very tight deadline, infact we beat the deadline by 2 weeks! I would highly recommend using Lovells if you are planning to sell a property.

We recently used the team at Lovelles to sell our property and have to say the service was outstanding! Great initial meeting with Kate with great advice on the market and pricing, instructed to sell and Becky and Connor helped secure a sale on our property within a week!Nothing was too much trouble Becky helped secure the exchange of contracts quickly and 9 weeks after the sale was agreed we had completed, top service and great customer care. I would highly recommend the entire team!
