First class service and results. Visited twice in last three years for custom insoles to address my running style. Last visit I was served by Halli, an outstanding technician: Knowledgeable, smart and not at all pushy, just on it. I left with custom insoles and a pair of trainers to meet my running style. Well worth the investment, couldn't recommend enough.

Excellent service - highly recommended. Mark took 2 and a half hours to fit the right boots. He listened to what I said, my concerns about cold feet and helped me choose an amazing pair of ski boots. Really comfortable and warm, without compromising on fit or performance. Highly recommended.

Literally the best place for ski boots, and custom made orthotics. Martha was the consultant, and wow talk about so polite and providing great customer service, the entire team here are just pure hard working, with so much passion and so polite. Refreshingly great customer care, has definitely got me as a loyal customer. So positive and answers all my foot pain or custom questions. Does video gait analysis, really polite entrance greeting. May this place never change, as well as the great staff stays here. So accommodating. I am here for my third refit of my custom made insoles. They really know what they are doing and not trying to up-sell you. They have a wealth of knowledge in ski boots, custom insole, and ski boots and trainers. Thank you for a great customer experience. Unfortunately the delivery company messed up with a purchase I made from Profeet. However less than an hour after sending an email to them the manager had called me to explain how she was going to resolve it. Refreshing to see a retailer with such a genuine and personalised approach to customer service.

I went in as a complete beginner, I am a very capable cyclist and knew that I had some things to learn when it comes to Running, Kerri showed me my running technique and my flaws, as well as some strengths, not that I had many haha!Fantastic honest service and I immediately saw the result of her advice!Absolutely recommend Profeet Fulham!

Roughly 9 months ago, I paid for the (running) sport analysis and brought a pair of brooks shoe, I think the equipment are definitely professional and on point with other studio. But I personally think the technician isn't very knowledgeable, I tried to ask some questions like really want to explain how he determines a good run form and what is he looking for, but the answer if kind of vague and after trying to ask him to explain a few times I gave up. The document you get is fairly professional as well which is good.The main problem is the shoe, I definitely think it might work for some people, but when I first run on it I feel like running on concrete (compare the shoes I got - nike). I asked the technician if that's normal and he say 'yes, it'll take me some time to get use to it' and also told him I train a lot, like top amateur mileage. So after that I ran in the shoes for 2 months and everytime I feel like I'm running on concrete, and few 4 months later I got injured. The foam is just too hard for people who train a lot and even if it correct the posture I do not think the brooks are worth the money (of course I have checked the shoe is not worn out). I recommend any runner to go get a nike Pegasus, it is cheaper and softer even without the carbon plate. Those brooks cost like 135 pounds and seriously just get 2 pairs of Pegasus when it's on discount. Overall it is just a very disappointing result and costed me heavily on training time....The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the technician is very nice, even though he doesnt seem to know much he tries to explain, and the experience is quite positive except that the outcome is really bad. I honestly wish I didn't bought the shoe.The above review is only for runners. I do not know their Ski side of stuff, but it seems to be much bigger and the main part of their business. But I definitely wouldn't recommend any runners, if they want professional and clear advice, AND DEFINITELY WON'T RECOMMEND THE BROOKS SHOE, THEIR FOAM IS JUST TOO HARD.

Fantastic place, they really know their stuff! I had the 3D sport analysis and came away with custom insoles and maybe a pair or two of shoes! A very enjoyable and informative appointment with Tom. Would highly recommend.

I booked an hour consultation for a running assessment which was very thorough and informative. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Profeet for those needing help with finding the right running shoes!

I have got to give 2 stars for Profeet, which is only for the customer service, but the fitting I paid a lot of money for was not worth the money and my boots have not been a good fit.Quick overview of my issues: I suffer with fairly flat feet and have always experienced immense arch pain when skiing. I experience this pain every time I ski and have to take breaks to recover from the pain which severely limits my skiing.I choose to go with Profeet as they have a good reputation and have the fitting guarantee. I'm lucky enough to ski multiple times a year so ended up returning to Profeet a couple of times last season, as the boot continued to hurt each week.The initial fitting was fine, the fitter was nice and explained the process well and overall was a good salesman.Unfortunately this boot fitting process is nothing special, it's the exact same routine as every other boot fitter I've seen. They go through the same motions for everyone, which does work well for the vast majority of skiers.But in my case, the fitter didn't pay much attention to my history and concerns about potential pain with whatever they fitted me with. He was quick to blame my problems on my previous boots, and quickly suggest a new boot for me and put me through the same old fitting routine.The result was a better boot than my previous boot, but this was probably due to it being a newer boot (previous boot had 8 years or so of use, original liners, with a full season of use). The first week I tried them out I experienced the same pain in no time and had to book a refitting appointment.Booking the return appointments was easy and they were always happy to get me back in the store, and seemed to have good availability throughout the season.The problem is that these return appointments didn't help. Apart from the initial fitter, each person I saw was English, young, doesn't get out skiing much and overall were junior fitters.One of the selling points for me was the potential of seeing a senior fitter, which was always unavailable.Gives the impression that they hire anyone with the interest in boot fitting and skiing, get them trained up on the routine and have them fitting (selling) in no time. A very lucrative business for sure!You are not paying for expertise when you come to Profeet, which I thought I would be. The fitters I saw were not expert fitters, not even expert skiers (so can't understand the problems effectively), and definitely aren't the kind of fitters with 10's of years experience fitting skiers with a range of abilities and feet types.This is a good service for the majority of people, but as soon as you have a problem that can't be fixed with what they've been taught, they simply don't know what to do.I've given up returning as I don't want to be treated as if my problem doesn't exist or be given a random attempt at a fix. Everything seems fine with the boot". Yeah
