I would say good for this company, but I wouldn’t want to understate it. From the first telephone call, probably the most welcoming and polite garage I’ve had contact withBut what’s better than their customer service is their experience and knowledge. I’ve never seen a man look so at home underneath a car in my life, taking his time to show me everything he was doing and answering all my silly questions.I’m not the most knowledgeable, but I do like my cars and he thought about my suggestion and asked if he could slightly change my idea to make the car sound betterLong story short, he was right and nowI feel like my JCW is an F1 race carProbably worth a mention about price. Not only the lowest I’ve seen, but the amount he asked for made me feel bad. Both absolutely gentlemen that I couldn’t recommend enough. Will be posting this company in all the Mini chats and using this genuine garage from now on!

Had a fault with my car that 3 other garages hadn’t been able to identify or solve, including the main dealer. Took it into AR and they took a few minutes to identify the issue and soon got it sorted. Also, they were really friendly and kept me updated right the way through. Would highly recommend.

Amazing what Adam can do with your car. My insignia VXR has great power and flexibility and more MPG when not stamping on the accelerator. Would recommend to anyone who wants a custom remap

We’ve used Adam and AR Tuning in the past for remapping and mechanical repairs on our vehicles. This time we needed a replacement Bilstein strut on our T5 Sportline but we could only find complete sets for £1200 plus fitting.AR Tuning managed to source a single strut and fit for a very reasonable price plus they turned the vehicle round in under two hours.Great service as usual.Keep up the good work.Dave DootsonJust Dents Ltd
