They have only 5 stars for a reason! :) Probably the best moving experience I've had in my entire life. Punctual, quick, careful and super friendly. Valerios and Jimmys were great! I had quotes from other companies that were double or triple of what MoveupNOW quoted me, so you can be assured they're transparent and fair with their prices. Honestly, 100% recommended.

I've never used a removals company before, having done plenty of moves myself, so I don't have a direct comparison, yet I've heard plenty of horror stories. Thankfully none rang true during my experience with MoveUpNOW, Valerios and Mitop (both of whom were great guys and happy to discuss whatever needed to be discussed)Decent care and attention was taken and I felt comfortable that my belongings were in safe hands. It was a quick move on the day yet nothing felt rushed or hurried, and the pricing method so you're only paying for the time used, was a breath of fresh air.Will definitely recommend MoveUpNOW to friends and family

Stratos and his team helped us move from Oxford to Cheshire and were brilliant. Their communication was great and pricing was fair. They dismantled all large furniture and put it up in our new house. They even had to bring a second van because we had more furniture than anticipated. Brilliant service, would recommend!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but man do I owe these folks one because this was probably the best moving service I've ever had the pleasure to work with.From the communication right at the start with Stratos and briefing the team on how to go about doing the move, to the attitude they brought, the affordable pricing and efficiency they provided, and accurate timings and pricing based on conversations and the amount that was required to move, MoveupNOW really delivered.The best part was they made the moving process fun. When we arrived at my new place, and as we were loading items into the lift, we stumbled upon a timer with the lift where the doors started to automatically shut, even if you try and hold it open. So instead of moaning or complaining about the struggles, we all immediately went time-trial mode and adapted to the situation really quickly, making it feel like a competition rather than a chore, which was really appreciated.Massive shout out to Kaycee and Mitop, two really lovely and chill lads where we had good banter and good vibes throughout the entire time, while maintaining professionalism with the move.My only gripe with this service, and this is no one's fault, a very easy oversight anyone can make, was that I wasn't informed about covering hiring charge for the team from when they begin their shift to reach to my pick-up point, and the return time for post-moving. But honestly, it makes complete sense, so it really doesn't detract my review or rating of the service at all.If I were to move again (hopefully not any time soon), I'd definitely hit those up and ping Stratos a message in a heartbeat. Definitely a 5 star operation. The service was friendly, patient, efficient and really methodical. Stratos has really strong “Tetris” stacking and organising skills. I strongly recommend the service and will definitely use again.
