Hand Car Wash - Caterham

I use this place regularly to get the outside of my car washed and was always satisfied with the service and price. Today I opted for Service 2 and had the inside cleaned as well for a total of £23 (Yaris). It was quite busy so there was a bit of a wait but not too bad. One guy doing the outside was a bit moody and impatient but the rest were friendly and professional. Being busy, they worked quickly but didn’t rush and were thorough. I’ve used Waves at Purley Tesco which was more expensive and my wheels weren’t as thoroughly cleaned as they do at this place. Five stars earned.

£37 for car wash is exstotinate. Left and went down the road for half the price. Shame as there where really good over the years.

5* - great service. Was a little worried due to negative reviews, however, on a friends recommendation I have just taken our car for a full valet. My son had been sick in the car so it really need the full works!! An absolute FANTASTIC job, car looks immaculate inside + out, also great price. Full valet of our SUV £35, we used to live in London and this cost us a minimum of £85, so this is great value! Also the guys were very friendly and polite. Deff will be using again and would recommend.

Overpriced, Rude staff and poor serviceWorst car wash i have ever used. Took my car there for outside only and the rushed washing the car properly. They hardly dried the car as when i left the place the car was still wet. They did not shined the tyres, between the doors we’re still wet. The car still has bird poo remains even after the wash.Was charged £12 for a saloon car, You get in and out plus shine in south croydon.Avoid avoid avoid

I have been using this place for a few months, never charged the same amount for the same car. It was ok, not the best. Last time I went they charged £28 for an in and out x5 seats. The job was so poor, I asked “Hasmal” polish guy. To re-do, as they had not even wiped out cup holders, seats not hoovered very well. Totally rubbish job and when I asked politely to just re-do he had the attitude of a teenager. Was clearly drunk and had been drinking. Not professional and totally over priced. Very poor customer service.

So it is the first time using this place, I can't stress enough how hard it is to find a good car wash as you want your car to sparkle..I tried this place today as Mt car was absolutely filthy I usually let it get dirty then bring it to a car wash to test how good they do.. I take pictures of when it's dirty and then pictures of what it is like afterwards.The place honestly took their time with my car and did a brilliant job insite and out, they really cleaned the rims properly and the whole car so I can't really complain to much.The only complaint I have is just below my car mirrors on each side there is dirty strains of dripped water which was cleaned away, I can easily do that so not a problem, I would tell everyone walk around your car and check it doesn't matter what they say your paying for a service and you deserve the right service.I will give these guys 5 stars out of 5 because they really brought my cer back to life so brilliant job everyone, it also wasn't busy just me and another car so that's maybe why it was super clean.I will test it when they are super busy next time to see if I get the same service.
