Huge thank you to the excellent staff at the Stirling store for making a difficult problem easily solved. I dread having to return a product through guarantee in case there are problems but not this time, from this store. I was given an immediate refund and purchased a different steamer as I had lost faith in the original product. The new steamer was delivered to me two days later, a product I really need in my home. Thank you staff at Stirling, I’ll be very happy to continue shopping with you.

Not the largest Lakeland but it has a good range of products and as there are not a great deal of shops left that sell cooking, baking and homeware it is a nice shop to have in the area.

I was in the Stirling store to buy a kitchen aid stand mixer, I was unsure about which model to buy. I was served by a girl called Rowena and her knowledge and service were outstanding she was also patient with me as I bombarded her with questions. I would definitely shop there again. Superb service !!

Visited this a few times. All of the staff are super helpful and nothing seems a bother. On one of the visits I called ahead to check item was in as it wasn't reservable online. They happily put aside for me. This store is well stocked with great quality and innovative items. Staff checking if customers needed assistance but not in an obtrusive way. Great store and staff and a lovely shopping experience especially for a hater of shopping like myself .

I have been a Lakeland customer for a number of years, but having the opportunity to actually go to a Lakeland store is a whole new experience.Although I don't live close to a shop, every time I have a chance to go to the Lakeland, Stirling I take it. Their attention to customer service is first rate; I always feel welcome, but never hassled. On my last visit, I placed an order to be delivered - the sales staff could not have been more helpful.Well done Lakeland for creating such a customer friendly environment! I can't wait to go again!

I like this shop. It has some really good quality utensils and other kitchen ware. The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Only thing annoying was waiting in line wearing a mask while a member of staff retrieved details from a customer for some kind of loyalty card. Seemed to take a very long time. Was just dying to get out of there lol. Nobody's fault. Just the way things are.
