I phoned and explained I am suffering with mental health issues when I booked. The lady o spoke to was very understanding and recommended a time which would be quieter to drop my car off and that there was a waiting room if I needed it. I got there, dropped off the keys and was asked to go for a walk and they would call to let me know when it was ready; no suggestion of being able to use the waiting room. The MOT was completed quickly however, and I was not charged for anything other than the MOT, unlike other garages I have been to who have trumped up repairs so they can get more money out of me.All in all, quick and honest work.

I used this garage last year for service and oil change which I was given a courtesy car with full tank of petrol ….today I went to get brakes done and was given the same courtesy car and I wasn’t even defrosted for me so after getting it started and noticing the fuel was on red I went in to let them know only to be told there is a garage down the road I could go and get fuel. I was shocked as I thought It would have had a full tank and I would have had to replace what I used but no the tank was on the red and I was told they don’t fill it up ….but they did last year I told them to just leave the work and left with my own car ….I come through from Dundee which is a 57 mile round trip ….this is the first time I’ve ever heard of a courtesy car coming with no fuel I thought they had to come with at least half a tank

Best service ever. Was stuck over night due to a flat tyre, RAC is useless, but GPG staffs are really helpful and kind, helped to repaired my tyre the first thing in the morning, allowed me to drive back home straight away, saved me quite a lot money to change a tyre. Also washed my car before hand over. Defo premium service!!! Superb Scottish service!!! Highly recommended!!!

Car overheated on the hottest day in Scotland stranded 20 miles from home along comes Frankie absolute gem great banter and really looked after me and my car got home safely. Frankie is an asset to the company friendly and professional. Thank you
