Friendly staff, quick and easy process highly recommended!

Rented a van from them, the online booking system was easy to use, paid the deposit on site and hand over was simple, Chris was excellent and very courteous

Between the management skills of Calum who stayed back after work so I could collect the car, remaining polite and professional and courteous, to the understanding and welcoming I received from Anais, who also stayed behind because I was late returning the car, these guys aim to please. For customer service they deserve one hundred stars.

I recently hired a van, unfortunately the door opened on its self in the wind and bashed the light unit as the previous renter had removed the door restrictors. I had various body shops assess the damage, although it was a very light dent, it wasn't a quick fix as it crossed a groove, about £200-300. I returned the vehicle really disappointed that checking the restrictors isn't part of their procedure. They charged my £1200 excess. After weeks of not hearing anything (i had emailed my opinions to management) i received a refund of £400 ish.. making the bill more than double what i felt it should be.I feel Enterprise may no attempt to help in this situation, charging top money for repairs plus hire rate while being fixed.I had a similar situation with another local firm in the past and they carried out a repair extremely quickly, same day i believe and the cost was extremely reasonable so i had no issues paying the bill.Its a real shame as i did like renting from Enterprise but i won't return. Good luck, i hope you don't have a similar situation and always take out the extortionate damage waiver just in case as they'll make you pay top money if something happens.When things go wrong companies have the chance to create a customer for life or put someone off for life. Unfortunately for me on this hire the previously mentioned other local firm didn't have the van i needed. I'll make sure i hire earlier and use them every time from now on, their fairness in the situation i mentioned means so much more after seeing how Enterprise handled it.

If there's a -1000000 this thieves deserve it!!! The most unpleasant, unprofessional & zero knowledge of customer service cheating scum!!! Lincoln South branch they stole my deposit money for some non-existent rule which wasn't mentioned in my invoice nor the staff informed me about it!!! Probably the branch manager put it in his pocket, because they're this kind of company!!! Stealing from hard working people!!!Be aware, NEVER EVER rent anything, even children's scooter, let alone car from these scammers!!!Horrible experience, never again!!! Read the reviews first people!!! Be aware!!!!

Would recommend Enterprise Lincoln to anyone and would without a doubt use them again! The service was slick from start to finish and pricing was competitive. Chris was extremely helpful and we were able to collect a van on the same day of enquiring about van hire. Thankyou!

Great service, they really go a nice and beyond to help you. The car was in great condition and the price was very reasonable. I used them via the AA which may effect this. But all the same I will definitely use them again

I had a car hired through work as my company car was in the garage. Enterprise we’re extremely professional they dropped the car off when they said they would, and collected at the agreed time.The car was a Nissan 4x4 it was clean fairly new and nice to drive.Half way through my rental enterprise called me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, great customer service.Highly recommended.

I hired a medium car for the weekend. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hiring process was quick and straightforward, and so was the return process. I will definitely hire from them again.
