I approached Nexgen carpets to quote on supplying and fitting carpets throughout our rental properties, i run and airbnb business and needed to spruce up all the properties. the guys came round and they were friendly and very professional, they sent me a quote within a few hours. i needed the carpets fitting in the space of a day and they worked all weekend to get all my properties done and ready for guest. i WOULD HIGHLY recommend THIS company and if your looking for to work on a big scale, they will exceed your expectations, i will continue to use this company for my business going forward and also refer to others too.

I had a carpet fitted by Nexgen carpets on Wednesday 12th March.We were very satisfied with the service,the Fitters even moved some pine wardrobes for us down some stairs.I would definitely recommend them to others in need of Flooring.The company were courteous and professional.

These guys were great. They were super friendly and I enjoyed my experience. I got a good deal on an off cut and they went above and beyond in helping me with what I needed. I fitted the carpet myself and I think it looks great!

Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!!Before I placed my order, Peter and Yasser in the shop were so helpful. The installation has been horrible. They first turned up to install on Feb 22 2022 and today is April 20 2022 and these is what I am left with:- No trim on carpet and tile (dangerous!!!)- Badly installed carpet which has not been tucked inFor something so simple as carpet install, I cannot believe Next Gen can get this so wrong. I truly regret every going into this shop. I have called several times with no resolution.The lack of trim on the carpet meeting the tiles is so dangerous and I have highlighted this but they do not care if we injure ourselves!I do not recommend, take your business elsewhere.

Excellent service. I went in on a Saturday and said i needed flooring laid that week. They were brilliant in helping me choose flooring and showed me so many options. Then theyfitted that week. Fitters were professional and did a super job. Custoner service was superb, the owner came out to check that i was happy with the job. Competively priced as well.

I can't speak highly enough about Nexgen carpets. We received a fantastic price and product and the service was outstanding. The team were incredibly accommodating; scheduling their work around us and going out of their way to meet all of our requests. This is a really impressive service provided by a very professional team.

Great service and great quality. Re doing the house got all my carpets and lino from them. Shopped around for ages but they have the best price everytime. Great value for money.Would definitely recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Marek Marcin , Natalie Marcin, and her 'friend' Nadeem are nothing short of cowboys. They tell ridiculous lies ranging from the wife's dogs are getting put down to delays in delivery, to we will arrive shortly, to family emergencies- to the point it gets ridiculous and they never arrive.These people are untrustworthy and will TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY, but they won't deliver.They are all liars, a company you can not trust and people who have no moral compass.Their promises are about as real as the veneers sported by Marek, courtesy of Turkey, probably paid by yours truly. Don't be fooled by this Plumper version of Rylan Clarke, he talks a good game. Should feature on crime watch!Bunch of FRAUDSTERS. The police will be contacted shortly too.
