We recently contacted your Company as our Main Water Heater had broken down and we were having difficulty getting it replaced. We have had it a long time but your Company were happy to send an engineer to see if it could be repaired. The engineer came very promptly. He had to order a new part but returned a few days later and our trusty boiler is restored - so a big Thank You for your excellent service.

Over an 1hr trying to get through for technical help on a new boiler. Left the customer not not confident in them and me looking stupid. I’ll never install their boilers again.

Really bad, have been ringing for last 2 days trying book a repair got thru to a machine, no one called me back,I shoud have bought from reputable company like vaillant, better to spend more to good a good service

Beware of this company.. extremely poor after sale service and product quality is worse .they don't look after customer even if the product is in warranty .mother of two 7 months and 4 years old dint havd any hot water for weekend call them on Monday they told me they can't do anything as they don't engineers and next free engineer is on  Friday .. so just imagine we have wait for all most week   without hot water and kids at home... don't ever go for them

poor customer service been on the phone for 3 days 1 hour+ each day and no one answers the phone. boiler was only installed less then a year ago. AVOID

I've been on the phone for over 1hour! No response! Went online got another number still no response! I hope they won't turn around and cancel my warranty because of their own negligence as a company!Valentine ODagenham Essex.

This boiler was installed 2 years ago and broke down a month after the 2 year warranty ended. 2 years!!! 2 years!!! Terrible. Simple solution is don't buy their awful boilers

Had a Main boiler installed in August this year. It has broken down after only 3 months, my engineer asked me to contact customer support at Main.I have spent a total of 6-7 hours on hold today with no response on any of the lines I have phoned... I am on hold as I type this!Please can somebody contact me??
