We bought a car from Sam at Macklin Motors. We found the whole process very efficient, professional and friendly. When we didn’t like the colour of the used car that was available in Glasgow , Sam sourced us a car in a colour we were happy with . We had a small technical issue with the battery but the technical team quickly solved this for us. We were absolutely delighted with the sales/after sales care and we would definitely go back.

I wish I had read trustpilot before I was scammed for £272.98 for a 40 minute service (dash cam confirmation). They changed the oil and filter and sent me a video of the underside of my car, then washed it. They eventually admitted to lying about not carrying out any other vital important work and offered to top up my petrol to keep me happy. I have since booked into a local independent garage to service it properly.

I had a great experience choosing my new mobility car. Tyler was very professional, took his time to explain everything, lovely young lad. Overall 5 star, would highly recommend Macklin Motors for your next car.

I recently bought a new Ford Focus from Macklin Motors Ford Glasgow. I have been dealing with this franchise for many years and have always found them to be extremely professional, friendly and fully understanding of my needs and expectations.The sales person this time was Thomas Cole and he immediately put me at ease and listened to me in regard to my decision to change my car (a Ford Puma ST) after only one year.In fact my decision was based on my own health having suffered with back pain for a long time and finding the ST’s suspension a little too firm.We discussed a ‘softer’ suspension Puma which unfortunately was not available from stock and would have to be a factory order possibly taking 4-6 months to supply.As an alternative, we discussed a Ford Focus and in finding stock of a suitable vehicle with the spec I required we discussed trade in value for the ST - after sorting out the figures I was happy to go ahead with the order.Today, I happily took delivery of a Focus Titanium X 155 1.0 litre 5 door hatchback.Once again, Macklin Motors have come through for me and I’m delighted with my new car.

From our initial visit until the hand over of our new car we were highly satisfied with the service provided. Thomas was professional without being pushy. Delighted with the service and love our new Puma. We would have no hesitation in recommending Macklin Ford to family and friends

First time dealing with Macklin they carried out an mot on my car there was no issues at all it went extremely well I have ordered my new car on that basis, I've allways used arnold clark in the past and had a good relationship with them but the ford garage is to far from me to make it easy.
