Superb from start to finish. Highly recommended.There is a good selection of flooring, with honest and helpful advice. I have never felt like I am being sold the carpet that will make them the most money. I can also say that their prices are just as good, if not better than larger well-known carpet stores.I have now used Westbourne Flooring twice in 2 different houses.Having fitted flooring in a total of 13 rooms for me to date (carpets as well as Karndean flooring). I can confidently say that their prices are competitive, the customer service great and the quality and fitting top notch.Always on time, in fact often early, polite, helpful and paying attention to the details, I will happily use this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had an appointment this morning, they couldn’t reschedule me so I’ve rescheduled other plans and lost £100 deposit, just for them to be a no show and the owner to have switched his phone off and gone on holiday for the weekend. Having called the office I’m told ‘Dan’s not contactable, nothing I can do, can’t magic you someone out of nowhere and I don’t really care as I’m not a professional and then he hung up on me.’ Avoid avoid avoid.

I cannot recommend Dan and his team high enough. They have helped us with all the floors in the whole house other than our bathrooms. The advice re LVT and flexibility in getting us the carpets we wanted was fantastic. Vincent and Adey who laid everything in the whole house were a a delight to work with and so professional in their work.I would highly recommend Westbourne Flooring and we will be back, thank you Dan and the team!

Really pleased with the quality of finish, clean/tidy joins to other flooring and very comfy carpet/underlay. It’s finished off the house perfectly. Friendly people, would recommend and use again.

Dan was absolutely brilliant. He showed a great product knowledge and allowed us to take samples to make sure we got the right product rather than make a decision in store and maybe us making the wrong decision. When we went back a short time later was all booked in and completed within two days. The lads who came have done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and we will 100% be going back.

We had some LVT installed yesterday and it looks great. The attention to detail of the fitter was absolutely brilliant - he took his time and really made sure everything was perfect. Good price from Daniel too and really nice to deal with them all. Would highly recommend you get in touch!
