I had some apprehension about it, as selling your house is often stressful and frustrating, but the support I have received from Haart at Wivenhoe has been excellent.Jamie, Charlie, Harrison and Anne worked well as a team, knew my situation whoever I spoke to, were always available, followed up promptly on enquiries and questions, and were constantly working to trying to sell the house and get me moved.Through no fault of theirs this was not a straightforward process, and there were setbacks along the way. But in spite of delays and disappointments they were always realistic but upbeat and positive about getting the house sold, which they did, and at a good price. Asked for a visit on a Monday and had excellent photographs plus video done, sold 2 days later.Excellent work Wivenhoe Haart, but it then got better and within 2 weeks after getting over the shock of selling the house so quickly we purchased the replacement.Father in law liked the photographs and video so much he had his house marketed with Jamie and his staff.
