Exceptional Service for My Nervous First-Time Flyer Dog!I cannot express how grateful I am to Tailwings for their exceptional service during my nervous dog's first-time flight from London to Bangkok, with a layover in Turkey. From start to finish, this airline went above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of my furry companion, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and fully recommend.

Departing the UK to return to the US after living there 3+ years was stressful enough without pets, but TailWings came to the rescue during our move with our Golden. They were recommended to me by someone else and things couldn’t have turned out any better. I worked with Alex and he was amazingly patient, kind, helpful, efficient, and informative. Any question I had, he answered quickly.Despite a number of last minute and unavoidable changes in itinerary, they were incredibly “go with the flow, this is not a problem”. Alex made sure to keep me updated all the way through her travels from beginning to end, and celebrated with/for us when she finally arrived.The cost was fair for all the services we needed (pick up transport, overnight kennel, vet services, custom built kennel due to her size etc) In the end, I’m glad I decided this was one DIY I wouldn’t attempt and instead hired TailWings. The peace of mind alone was worth it. Should we end up going back to the UK, I know where my first call during my planning will be!Thanks again, TailWings!!

Evie and the team Tailwings have been absolutely phenomenal. They have made what we thought would be a scary and difficult process really easy, in the middle of the stress of moving our own lives from London to New York, as well as our dog Opie.Tailwings were always available for our question (no matter how small), and were able to deliver Opie's crate weeks ahead of his travel date, which made such a difference as by the time he needed to fly, it was already his favourite little den to be in.I couldn't recommend Tailwings highly enough if you are considering relocating your pet!

I wish I could rate TailWings more than 5 stars. TOP class service from start to finish. Lucy and Dash were flown from London to Chicago, and I am not easy as these are my babies, but Evie from the initial contact until I had my dogs was beyond amazing! She was there to calm my nerves, walk me through the entire process and when one of my dogs had difficulties, she was there to still calm my nerves and assure me that things were going to be ok. Keeping me in the loop and with pictures and videos from the AA kennel. I mean I was a total panic mess, one of those customers people have to get annoyed with and Evie was SOOO patient and good to me. If you are ever considering flying your pet anywhere, I can't recommend TailWings enough. 5 perfect stars to TailWings and an extra 5 to Evie for being a true gem. We used Tailwings twice: moving into the UK and back to the States a year later. Moving 4 pets is expensive, but Tailwings was thousands cheaper than other options PLUS were more than happy to answer any and all questions - something we did not experience in our early contact with other pet shippers in the UK. I have recommended them to several friends.

Alex is so AMAZING! We were moving from the UK to the USA and initially I wanted to bring our dog on our flight to save on expenses and boarding. Then as we were looking at tickets and see the challenges going on at LHR with bags being stuck and the whatnot, I decided to use a transportation company. I was working with another company, told them the exact dates I needed my dog to be picked up, number of nights she needed to board, and her flight date out of the UK. They sent me a plethora of paperwork to fill out, asked for a bunch of photos of my dog and crate and took a deposit only to come back to tell me that unfortunately our kennels and driver availability is completely booked up so the closest we could offer is collection" for the next day. I'm guessing like most people who decided to fly their pets abroad, you don't know anyone who's done it or know what to do. Its nerve recking. But Alex and everyone at Tailwings was so helpful and made it easy and straight forward. I couldn't recommend then enough. Mayvis and edna traveled (I think) in style in their custom crates. I dropped them off at Heathrow and was kept informed what was happening right up to they was on the plane and then informed once they arrived. And now there loving it here in the US. Was very nervous shipping my 2 pups back to the US but Evie at TailWings made it a breeze! She answered every question I had about the process and streamlined it to make it even easier! It was nice getting pictures of our dogs once they reached the kennels the night prior to their flight and we recieved updates during the flight which definitely helped calm our nerves knowing their status. Highly recommend Tailwings and thank you again Evie for helping us!

TailWings was amazing!! I quickly needed to fly my dog from London to California, and other pet transportation companies told me it would take 3-4 weeks to process the move. TailWings listened to my needs and managed to get my dog on a flight in a matter of days, allowing me to return home much sooner. The agents I spoke with were very professional and caring and answered all my questions. Communication between us was very strong. I could tell they put in a lot of effort to get us home in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend using TailWings!
