Really happy with the service. I had read the other reviews and was weary - but they exceeded expectations and managed to deliver BEFORE the delivery date - twice!

Great service at the start when taking your money but absolutely no help whatsoever after the order. Delivery was promised in 3-4 days so I booked the welders to come to site ( 7 hour round trip ) on the 5th day to be safe. Mesh didn’t turn up, no phone call or apology just some keyboard warrior called Gill sending pathetic emails. Extremely unprofessional attitude, such a shame cause the product is great & the price is good. Wouldn’t go back though purely because of the attitude & lies told by the sales girl & the manager.Took delivery of the mesh 9 days after order!!!

very unprofessional company.I ordered a prototype product that we discussed for some time, I paid in advance for the prototype to be made.Drawing was presented and discussed.Product was manufactured, upon collection of the prototype I found that the product did not match the dimensions agreed and the mesh had 20+ burn holes throughout. The product would now not fit the desired application.I was informed to return the stainless steel mesh basket so that they could remake it to the agreed dimension.The next day I received a call to inform me that the price for the prototype would need to be increased three fold or they would cancel the agreement, I tried to discuss this with Multimesh and the price was once again raised.I have tried to resolve the issue and agreed to pay more for the prototype but they refused any form of negotiation and simply said they will not manufacture the product for me and asked me to go elsewhere, after 4 weeks and my time to design and discuss this with multimesh and visiting the office of multimesh they are now simply refunding me the amount paid and I have wasted time and money on this project and look for a more reputable manufacturer.I would not recommend this company as they do not honor agreements made and paid for. Use caution when dealing with Multimesh Ltd but I would recommend trying someone else.

Great company, quality products, delivery on time at a fair price. The sales team were extremely helpful and I can recommend Multimesh. I will certainly use them again ! Firma-Chrome Ltd.

In response to Mr Lamb as there are two sides to every story! On the day of order delivery times were quoted, as protocol dictates for our ISO accreditation, we confirmed the order to the customer in writing via email. We had quoted Mr Lamb 3/4 days for despatch as he was ordering bespoke mesh, unfortunately this customer had taken 'despatch' as delivery but if he had checked the order confirmation this was clearly stated. On the morning Mr Lamb was expecting delivery he was most upset to find that it was his despatch date, via courier (normally Monday when a Friday is the despatch day), we tried out upmost to help with his predicament, we offered to send our driver rather than wait for the courier even though it was a 4 hour drive, this was not acceptable, we then offered to despatch overnight on a Saturday delivery this Mr Lamb didn't want either. As for us being unhelpful all his emails were answered instantly and we tried to accommodate him in every way, all our suggestions were confirmed in writing. The beauty of confirming an order is so a customer can check and inform us if there are any discrepancies, this did not happen. Even though we followed our procedures and kept to our verbal despatch date promised we are of course not happy to have a disgruntled customer, we pride ourselves on our customer service and have many many excellent results of this from surveys completed by our customers. We therefore will like to offer not one but two orders with free carriage should Mr Lamb like to use Multimesh again.
