The website allowed me to book a time, treatment and senior stylist, then i was told the time wasn't feasible and I needed to go 3 hours earlier. Also I was told a junior stylist was more suitable, because the senior one didn't have much experience doing the treatment I wanted (so why have the senior stylist bookable for that particular treatment at all?). To top it off I was told that the discount that I had earned legitimately a couple of years before wasn't valid and was meant for more regular customers"! Not everyone wants to have their hair coloured and restyled every 6 weeks! Needless to say I didn't take the appointment in the end."

Friendly and welcoming staff, interested in what you are requesting from your hair, take the time to go through the technical details and make you feel comfortable and at ease. I'm so happy with how my hair has come out and can't thank Beth enough for how she's brought my hair back to life! Looking forward to my next visit :)

We took our 12 month old son to Julian's for his first hair cut. The hairdresser (Chloe I think) was great with him. And the little certificate and sample of hair they gave us was a lovely way of remembering his first hair cut. Reuben will definitely be back when he needs a trim.

Kayleigh did such a lovely job cutting my daughters' hair. Very kind , friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!
