Amazing service from tech corner at Birchwood today from Harvey, Seamus and Rabica so helpful and sorted out my issue with iPhone 14 . Would recommend first class customer service.

They’ve installed cheap quality screen with warranty 30 days. When I brought it back in 4 days as it didn’t work properly they refused to sort it. Do not recommend!!

Amazing customer service . Visited yesterday for wireless charger and screen protector for iPhone 15 Pro max . Installed screen protector in no time . I will Visit again because I realised they have everything in the shop from laptop to mobile phones chargers screen protectors accessories and they do repairs as well.

My phone died today, Harvey at tech corner was extremely helpful and explained all of the potential options. Once I made my purchase he supported me to set my new handset up. Great customer service!

Had trouble transferring data etc to new phone, they sorted it very easily for me, really nice guys in there, obviously very knowledgeable.

Took a Nintendo switch in for repair, was told they would send it off for diagnostics and would get a call back in 3-5 days to let me know if it can be repaired or not, 6 days had gone and I heard nothing so I rang up and was told it can be repaired I need to go in and pay a £20 deposit so they can go ahead with the repair, the next day I went in to pay this and was told it would be 3-5 days to be repaired, 6 days past again and i went in as I was in the area and was told that they have found some more damage in the switch and they might not be able to repair it so they were gonna work on it all day and ring me back in the afternoon to let me know the situation, 3 days then past without me hearing anything and I had to ring them today to find out what was happening to be told it cannot be fixed, so they have had it nearly 3 weeks and it’s no better off than it was when I took it in, if it could not be fixed that’s fine but it’s the lack of communication and the lack of information that’s appalling, they went over their own deadlines twice with no communication or call to let me know why and then 3 times told me they would give me a call and they didn’t so I had to chase them. Shocking will never use again.
