Purchased a bed and mattress recently, so many options for beds and furniture in store! Staff a pleasure to deal with and go out of the way to help. Delivery team assembled bed in bedroom and took away all packaging, couldn’t fault the service at all!

Great local place to have a look round as they have a great range of different furniture and accessories. We ordered a bed when we moved house and Taylors were great at arranging the free delivery on a day that suited us and the bed was even built for us by the delivery men. Really please with the service. Would recommend and would purchase from again.

Great shop with quality items and friendly staff. Another review said the place was expensive but you get what you pay for.I've just had my corner sofa delivered from them, having had a bed and bedside tables from them a few weeks ago. All items are great and I would definitely use them again.

Absolute disgrace. Customer let down badly.Fitters knowingly fitted a damaged part to our wardrobe, covered it up with some filler and never told us. They have since replaced the part and told me it was Taylors normal procedure to cover up damage. Normal to deceive? The fitters have really let down Taylors.We will never use Taylors again.

We have bought quite a few items here, there’s so much choice for everyone. Delivery team are very efficient at setting up furniture items, and girls in the shop are always friendly and go out of the way to help

Delivery of bed took over 5 months, and upon receiving it was unfit for purpose and terrible quality / design with some light cosmetic damage. Customer service was terrible throughout the process and returns is non existent and thus I am needing to go through trading standards. When paying for a premium product, which this is given their extremely high prices, this should not be excepted. Would advise all to avoid this shop.

Brilliant shop with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have now bought a few items from them and will definitely be back!, bit annoying to read reviews on people complaining how long things take to come! They do realise it's the manufacturer they order from and not the shop themselves!
