As someone who visits my friend here and hearing of her own experiences. It is a friendly and warm environment. They respect thier clients and the quality of care is taken seriously.I suggest this foundation (like some other caring facilities) consider dietary requirements of other cultures, much more seriously.

First of all please accept my apologies for this late review, since the loss of my son Craig Green my head has been allover the place. Anyway what I want to say is a very big Thankyou to the staff at Astrum House, you have all been fantastic in caring for my son especially the carers on his unit and the nursing staff. You were all so helpful and understanding of his MS issues and your patience with his problem of not being able to speak was second to none, I know we shared many laughs with Craig when we all got it wrong, he tried so hard to keep upbeat and you were all the reason why, sadly he lost his battle and we hope he is somewhere where his pain was taken away. So again from the bottom of our hearts we thank you for his last few years with you . Please all take care and stay safe. Love to you all xxx
