The Sick Children's Trust - Stevenson House

Stevenson house kindly looked after us for 2 weeks when my son was being treated in Royal London hospital. We lived 40+ miles away as he was transferred to RL for specialist care as he was only 15mo’s old. and it was a lifeline to be able to have somewhere close by to shower/sleep and be close to my sons bedside. In a time of great stress with a seriously ill child it was a welcoming place to come ‘home’ to. Will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you so much x

Brilliant organisation, so welcoming and helpful in time of need while our new born was in hospital

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Steven house and the employees for letting me stay so I could see my son everyday and I was just across the road from the hospital while he was critical sick.

We stayed here when my son was born with my eldest daughter. They literally saved me from post natal depression. I cannot thank them enough and feel blessed that we had somewhere to stay.

This has to be the most amazing organisation when you have a sick child at the Royal London. Please donate to this organisation as they make you so welcome here and it takes the weight off a worried parents mind.

Stayed here for a very long time whilst my daughter was in neonatal care. Amazing people that work here become the family that I was away from..I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. We will never ever forget the kindness. And we aim to make others aware of this great charity that gets no help from government. The house is just amazing too. Very modern.. lovely bathrooms enough on every floor to accommodate the families.. food cooked for the families and also little touches that make it so personal like free tea, coffee, pasta, rice etc. This charity and those within it will always hold a special place in my heart xx

This is an amazing facility for parents who have sick children in hospital. I recently was in the position where I was given a room and can not express the relief and gratitude l have. Without this fantastic charity I couldn’t have been able to stay with my son, while he was in the royal London. THANK YOU.
