VERY POOR CAREDo not send a loved one to this property.Nicola the manager is negligent and Seth the owner is complicit in the negligence. The pair are bullies toward families of vulnerable people when the quality of their care is questioned.This is simply not a care home our relative should ever have had the misfortunes to stay !Avoid.

I cannot recommend the Old Rectory and its staff enough. The staff have worked tirelessly performing various shift patterns to keep our family members / residents safe during this pandemic - and are still doing so. Two staff members have even been awarded employee of the year awards through Sunshine Radio - well deserved.During the recent floods I can recall staff being ‘boated’ into work to support the care needs of the residents demonstrating a true desire to put our family and friends that reside their first.So I would personally like to sincerely thank you all from the owner, manager, carers, cooks, laundry staff and all those associated for helping to keep our loved ones safe. Keep smiling because your hard work is so very much appreciated, thank you all very much.

The staff are very caring.,helpful . Go out of there way to listen to problems and sort them out, good communication with health authorities and family members.
