Despite the high amounts of reviews on Google saying this place is to avoids and giving it one star, I decided to give it a try once during the opening weeks (busy and a very long wait resulting in cold food) I put it down to teething issues a store training so many young people definitely had a lack of staff who know what to do at the start but came in recently and food was a lot better quality of service was really nice (despite the Mountain Dew and NCT being off the kiosk menu) I had a very nice meal and I would definitely recommend it to people especially going in a times like 1-3 and 6-8 as these are slightly quieter times and food is ready with a minimum of 2 minutes and is warm and tasty, to all the people who during the opening weeks hit this place with bad reviews I implore you to give a place a second chance, like any new restaurant it was always going to struggle to find its feet but I think it’s found it’s feet and a few people stand out as going above and beyond to try and make up for the struggles at the start

Absolutley shocking everytime I have been! Kept giving it a chance thinking it may be teething problems but this is just not what you expect. This is supposed to be a full size volcano burrito. Absolute rip off, barely any filling at all.

Didn't really know what to expect trying Taco Bell for the first time today. Although the burritos were nice rest of it was just about average, prices are bit steep for portion sizes especially the fries. Won't be in a rush to return sadly.

It's ok but I think it's a bit of a marmite kind of place. I think if you want something different to the normal burger and chips drive through, then it's not a bad option but I personally didn't like my food all that much..It reminds me of really cheap takeaways I used to eat as a student but with a polished venue feel..The place itself is really smart and it's good to have a choice in Wigan. But for me, I can't see myself becoming a regular but I might return from time to time when I fancy a greezy takeaway.

Ordered with Uber delivery and food was horrendous! Burrito consists of a sprinkle of lettuce and 3 1-cm cubes of chicken! 2 x stale and rock hard churros! This was my first and last time eating from here! Just wish I’d taken photos! Don’t waste your money!!

Absolute disgrace, waited 2hrs for a delivery. Spent 30 pound and half the stuff was missing, the stuff we did get was a joke. Photos paint a picture. Just been robbed of 30 quid. Will be requesting a refund

This Taco Bell tastes better than any American Taco Bell that I have tasted since the 80'sThe staff was friendly, curtious, and prepared amazingly delicious food in a very short amount of time.The only thing that could be done which is impossible, would be a larger dining area. We definitely will be back.

OKAY AS FAR AS TACO BELL'S GO.Convenient location, nice food, served relatively quickly with relatively nice staff. As far as Taco Bell's go, it's good for what it is.The only reason why it's 4 stars not 5 is because of the app and the lack of signal. It shouldn't take that long to order a Chalupa Supreme Meal with the app and there's nowhere on the kiosks to claim rewards points to your app - so needs improvement there.There's also no mobile signal and no free WiFi, so if the app wants to update itself (as it regularly does) you just have to resign yourself to just using a kiosk or going to the front desk, because your phone will be unuseable.

We went to the drive through at dinner time on a Wednesday. It was a long wait for the food- we timed it and it was 40 mins from arriving to receiving food, with 5 cars in front of us.Staff were lovely and very apologetic about the wait, it’s a new restaurant, and they’re all learning.It was worth the wait- the food was fresh, well made and so tasty!! Highly recommend (but be patient while it’s still new- there will be a wait!)

Drive through is a joke, meant be fast food not slow food! Few cars in front and i was stuck there for almost an hour. And they dont care about anything, their attitudes stink! Food clearly whacked into the bag, so all the so called Tacos was open and lettuce and sauce all over the place, chicken is small as hell, a few scraggly strands of cheese and next to no sauce!!! Didnt even give us a receipt so cant even get a full refund! Also stated no lettuce for one of the tacos yet caked in lettuce!! Waste if money P*** Poor service P*** Poor food P*** Poor quality! Never ordering here again. Honestly people stick with KFC or Mcdonalds or Subway
