Lie down sun bed absolutely scorched my back and I've been burnt for 14 days. Couldnt move my arms for a week as the skin was so sore and inflamed. My front wasn't burnt like that and was tanned in a way that I would expect a 12 minute session to look. So this leads me to believe the machine is defective and there is something wrong with the lower part of the sun bed. Hoping this hasn't caused me long term skin damage.
