The Wave (sculpture by Lucy Glendinning)
This impressive stainless steel artwork, installed in front of the church in St John's Square in 2009, makes a brilliant photo opportunity. It reflects the movement in the square and is especially beautiful illuminated at night. Some good cafes with outside tables close by, from where you can get a good view of both the sculpture and the square. In the summer it's a popular place to sit, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by.

Stunning sculpture reminds me of the Mexican high diving show at Blackpool Pleasure Beach back in the 90's.
