Having contacted Helen I was grateful for her positive attitude from the start. Although only 2 glasses to engrave the request was slightly unusual. Helen confirmed she could do it & in the time frame requested. Pick up was delayed due to my illness but Helen was more than accommodating in keeping hold of the finished product until I could collect. Many thanks for a super job.

Helen is first class at what she does. I’ve just had 18 flute glasses engraved with names and I’m so excited about giving them to my ‘hens’ next weekend. The process was super simple and at very reasonable price, she even delivered them straight to my door. Thank you, I’m sure there will be more requests from me in the future.
