Helen, did an amazing job of our 3 and 2 seater reclining sofas. She was here for almost 2 hour’s giving it a good hoover and then a deep clean. By the time she’d finished it was almost dry and ready to sit on in an hour or so. I would definitely recommend Helen and Carroll’s carpet and upholstery cleaning company.

From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for more. I was given a full description in the quote of what would be involved, a date was fixed which was confirmed a couple of days beforehand.Job was completed to a high standard and my hand me down sofa from my parents is now looking much brighter after Helen worked her magic.Would I recommend this company to others, absolutely.

Helen has cleaned my carpets annually for about 5 years now. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Helen is so professional and very friendly. She always does a first class job and I have recommended her to members of my family. If you’re thinking of asking Helen to clean your carpets...do it!! You won’t be disappointed X

Helen, is lovely great service and very knowledgeable. I have recommended her to many friend's. Even helped on a Sunday eveing, when a pipe burst, helped with machine to hoover the excess water and machine to help dry it, plus advice to avoid lingering smells.

Carroll's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Helen did a great job of cleaning or dog dirtied couch. Our dogs like to rub up and dome the bag and side of the sofa leaving a dark mark across the back and side. Helen assured me it was easy to remove and surly enough, it has came up great. She even gave the whole thing a good hoover and the dog hairs have gone.... for now haha.Thank you so much Helen, I will definitely recommend you.

Helen did a brilliant job on our very large carpet, so much so we got her back to deep clean kitchen and hall laminate floor, she also sealed it. It looks amazing, just like a new floor. Helen was fantastic! Booked last minute really for a full house of carpets to be cleaned after a house purchase and so pleased with the result! Helen was really good from start to finish from providing the initial quote based on estate agent photos and a floor plan (!) to the clear up once she had finished! It was a bigger job than I had imagined and she took it all in her stride, she was friendly and informative and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend!! Thank you Helen!
