I have used this business before and they've been great. Today a tad disappointing. Walked in, no one at the desk. They called out 'Be there in a minute'... I was left waiting several minutes, no sign of anyone. I walked out. Not the best customer service unfortunately... I would have contacted you privately but you have no email address... :(

Avoid getting your laundry done here if possible. Used it weekly for three months (no other option at the time) for wash and fold - it was expensive and they washed everything together so whites came back grey and the folding service was so awful everything was badly crumpled.

The blonde lady who attends to deliver the packages is pedantic and apparently only with foreigners because her face, her voice and her everything changes drastically. I used to pick up packages from VINTED and I will not return to this site anymore. A shame, not all foreigners come here to ask for help from the government. Stop racism
