TUI Holiday Store

Thought we would support the high street and book through the store. Gave them hotel details and dates. Staff seem very nice, but calls not returned as promised. Holiday substantially increased in price. They could have contacted us to say they were too busy and we would have booked it ourselves with Tui online. No holiday, Very disappointed.Following, my initial review. I’d like to thank Laura for contacting us, her understanding and trying her very best to find an alternative holiday. It was appreciated. Whilst there wasn’t anything suitable, at this time, I would consider contacting the store again to book a holiday in the future.

I was very impressed with the service I received from both Victoria and Laura during my recent visit to Tui Formby. Nothing was too much trouble & everything was explained to me in detail throughout the booking process. I left feeling very happy, I would highly recommend.

My parter and I came in with no definite destination in mind nor what we wanted out of our holiday to celebrate our anniversary! However Hannah managed to help us decide what we wanted out of our holiday including a list of multiple options for us so that we had a choice because I’m very indecisive. She made us feel very welcomed and I felt no pressure at all. We ended up booking a holiday to Cyprus and it was by far the best trip we’ve ever had. Will be booking further trips with you. Hi Just a big shout out to Tui Formby and the girls who helped me with my holiday booking. They went above and beyond this week to sort out my booking. All I can say is amazing customer service. Will definitely book at this store in the future.

My husband, daughter and I came into the shop today to book our first holiday as a family. Everyone in the shop was lovely, especially Linda, who helped us book the holiday. Even though we had seen the holiday online we always book in store, the extensive knowledge the team have always gives us a bit of extra confidence that our holiday will be perfect. Victoria booked my getaway for me and my partner and she walked me through all the finer logistics of the trip and was even close on hand when I had any further questions up to leaving. Her excellent professionalism and attention to details are what keep me returning time and again to the store. I frequently try to pop my head into the shop to check out any of the offers and sometimes just for a chat. Fantastic service and 10/10 will always recommend Victoria and her team to anyone and everyone.

Can’t recommend this TUI shop enough. My partner booked a holiday for us and the service we received was outstanding. Nothing is ever to much trouble. We can’t wait to book another holiday with you very soon.
