After doing an extension on my house I enquired with Lakeside Double Glazing about getting windows and a new folding door, they were very quick and professional and moved swiftly into getting these things ready for me, they worked well with my builder also. I couldn’t thank the team at Lakeside Double Glazing enough! If you’re not choosing these guys you are making a mistake! Thank you!

Dreadful experience. No issues with initial measuring if windows etc. however installation workers did not complete job, arrived late and then apparently as they were “working late” were not able to finish but had no thoughts on coming back to finish. Took down curtain rails knowing they had to be put back up, as one was in a bedroom. Instead decided to leave rather than finish the last 10 minutes of their job. After realising they actually broke the curtain rail brackets taking it down, I now understand why they were so adamant not to put it back up. My housemate had to have full length windows without curtains and was obviously not able to stay in that bedroom for 4 days while we had to find someone else to purchase new brackets and put the rails back up.Lastly, this is part of our window frame 3 days after work was completed.Shocking experience honestly.

Great company, very pleased with work. Guys who fitted windows where very pleasant, polite, clean. Finish of work was very good. No mess left, would highly recommend.
