More Than Tyres (Bognor Regis)

Really quick, managed to squeeze me in to replace my totalled tyre.Fair price, didn't do what a lot places do when they see a woman & rip them off.

Fantastic, quick, polite service. Booked and paid online. New tyres fitted with new valves and balanced in 18 minutes AND for the first time EVER they did the wheel nuts up with a torque wrench rather than gunning them as tight as possible so you can't undo them at the side of the road. I won't be using anyone else from now on and will suggest them to family and friends. Once again many thanks.

I wish there were more stars that I could award!! Richie and Andy were unbelievably kind, helpful and friendly after they had speedily fitted two new tyres late last Friday afternoon. They had discovered while fitting the tyres that our car was not safe to drive as it needed a replacement track rod end on the offside front. We were due to drive 300 miles that night to visit my very poorly father in law in hospital. They could see how distressed and anxious I was and pulled out every stop in the book to make our journey possible. They rang round and sourced the part for immediate delivery, fitted it and all of this was with a smile. I felt in very safe hands and was extremely grateful for everything they did to get me safely on my way. We made the journey and visited my father-in-law in hospital several times over the weekend. He sadly passed away within 24 hours of our visit. Thanks entirely to two amazing gentlemen we were able to spend some very precious time with him. Thank you again Richie and Andy. Bless you both! Incorrect spec tyre delivered to garage then problem with delivery/availability. All sorted amicably in the end thanks to the front line staff

Incredible service so far!Booked in for Service, Tyre +fitting and Mot.They called to say it had failed Mot, had already researched best options, at reasonable prices (cheaper than what I had organised myself). I then asked if they could look at another problem, to which they said they had already sorted, no further charge. They are happy to look after the car until repair is complete.Will certainly be going back there again next year, as it has been by far the best experience in the local area!
