Do not touch this place! I took my laptop in as the screen became detached on one side from the keyboard. I was told the laptop would have to be kept for two days and the quote was £220, which I queried as it was very high. I was told it was £120 for the new part, and £100 labour. When I asked what part it was, and could I buy it instead, the gentleman told me what to request on eBay. I left the shop and subsequently checked that the identical (new) part on eBay that he had previously confirmed with me was £40-£50. So that’s a £70-£80 surcharge for clicking the button instead of me…but it doesn’t finish there! I bought the part and went to another repair shop. He told me it would take two hours to fix, and he would charge me £50 labour (not £100…). He also told me that the laptop was easily repairable without needing the new part, and that I should return it and get my money back. On top of that, the laptop has now been repaired on the same day I originally called, and he kindly repaired both sides of the attachment, and not just the one I asked for, as he said the other side looked a little weak. So, in summary, the £50 repair I actually received vs your £220 mickey-take quote is simply the difference between a decent, fair-minded professional, providing a fabulous service without trying to rip off the customer, and…well, you.

Needed my data after my computer packed up. All done in reasonable time at a good price would recommend.

Needed an emergency repair of my laptop and Adanad saw me striaght away and got my laptop back in action. Very professional and speedy! Thank you very much for your help.

My gaming PC was overheating and I sent it here for repair. They were nice enough to pick it up for free. They found out what was wrong (broken cooling pump) and ordered a new part. Not only did they fix it completely, they also organized the wires and got some case LEDs working that I didn't even know existed. Moreover, they cleaned all of the dust out so the PC looks brand new.Arun was friendly and communicative.100% recommended.

Cannot fault the guys at all. Picked up on time and returned early all fixed. 5 stars from me. Highly recommend and will return if ever needed. Thankyou.

Terrible experience, had fixed the original issue but left cracks on my laptop which they tried to blame me for. Discussed with them over the phone which ended up in them telling me two different things saying they noticed the cracks but didn't inform me about this and that they did not see the cracks they just fixed the original issue. This clearly shows that they have caused this and are backtracking. I will be taking this further to trading standards.

I was very happy with the service provided by this C P Computer and Laptop Repairs w/c 14/08/2023. I took my HP laptop in for replacement of a cooling fan and when a further malfunction emerged this was resolved immediately without argument or further cost. The boss Arun takes his business and customer satisfaction seriously and is a good communicator. Don't be put off by the slightly scruffy appearance of the shop - I would definitely use them again.

Took my macbook there for a physical clean. After dropping the device I received a call stating the the logicboard now needed replacing. This had not been an issue with my macbook before and worked before handing it to the shop.They returned my macbook to me with screws missing in the base panel and now it no longer starts up.The inside of the 'shop' is a tip and makes me question how much care they show your device.Very poor experience definately cannot recommended.

Avoid this shop for any MacBook repairs services. I had to take my laptop back to Apple to further pay £500. I was charged £280 for leaks damage and £220 for a replacement screen that after 2 months and half was showing signs of being faulty. The owner of the shop Mr. Manoj Semwal promised a refund and then when an email was requested he decided to threaten with police.The worst experience ever

So this place is certainly a bit strange. The door is locked and you have to ring the bell. It’s dark inside and a bit of a mess of computer parts seemingly piled randomly. I must admit I felt a little uneasy about handing my laptop over. But to their credit, my laptop was fixed when they said it would be, for a fair price, and they were responsive when I called for updates.
