Ordered a pizza and 2 portions of chips at 7 a clock. By 8:45 I rang and asked where my order was as it hadn’t arrived they said it would be about 20 minutes as they were waiting for a delivery driver to pick the order up. I then rang back 20 minutes later at 9:05 and they said the same thing. And to go collect it. So I went in and they had t even started cooking my order. So I got my food at half 9. By the time I got home they gave me the wrong pizza and there was a hair in the chips.

Absolute tosh , used to get hot pepperoni often got one tonight hardly any meat on and cheese is dodgy , avoid, second time it’s been rubbish wont be using again

Entered the premises, stood a full 2 minutes, 3 members of staff working and not one acknowledged the fact I was even there, 2 prepping food including one in the pizza area on the opposite side of the screen to me, the 3rd was washing his mouth over the sink with the hose in the back, call this service? I'll take my custom elsewhere.Ridiculous.

Went in for a collection & ordered a spicy vegetarian- got home and it couldn't be further away from my order - covered in meat - straight in the bin and never going there again! Shocking - just glad I didn't eat any of it!

Ordered online last night accepted straight away wait about an hour and a half and ring up to find out where it is, out for delivery apparently, still no sign of my delivery try to call again and they have switched the phone off, drive down 2 and a half hours later and my order still isn’t even made!!! Got my money back and went to pizza addict…………. Continental….nice food but absolutely disgusting customer service, he even admitted to switching the phone off very very poor service

I used to order from here twice a week becouse the food used to be lovely but the I stopped becouse they stopped to care about their customers..I order twice one chicken parmesan supreme which should have mushrooms onions and sweetcorn on..they send me a plain one and I paid for a supreme one they missed salad from my order they cut from the portion size and the taste of food isn't nice like before. I'm really disappointed

Normally order from here all the time always nice till tonight's food turned up waste of £15 binned the lot ordered 2x chicken nuggets one with chips one with salad both come with chips absolutely burnt to the bone rock hard same with the nuggets absolutely burnt to bits rock hard never again after the waste of 15quid tried to ring past 15mins nobody answered absolutely forming

Im surprised to see the low rating reviews on google.Our experience has always been very positive. We always order pizza from continental on the just eat app".its easy and always comes on time.Very tasty and good price aswell. Drivers are polite .Have been ordering from here for 3 years now
