My family and I have been going to Charles Nobel for many years and have always had beautiful pieces of jewellery and outstanding customer service. Charles Nobel have even redesigned jewellery for me, including my most sentimental piece of jewellery that I would never trust anyone else with. I went into Charles Nobel recently after a while for my mums 60th birthday present and it was like I had never been away. Piers and the team helped me to find a stunning pair of diamond earrings for my mum and spent their time advising me and looking after me. My mum was so thrilled and I am so happy with the jewellery and service I receive every single time. Thank you so much, I will be back soon!

Disappointed.After being a long time customer of this establishment you’d think they would own up to a mistake on their part. However, after taking my cracked ring in for a repair and it coming back too big to wear anymore, I was told I would have to pay yet again for it to be resized when this wasn’t the original problem.On another occasion, I paid for a clasp on a bracelet to be replaced. The same clasp then fell apart and lead to the bracelet becoming lost, less than 6 months after paying for this!Other than this, in total, I have spent more money on repairs for Jewellery purchased from this shop than the pieces themselves.The two stars which I have rated are for the lady who served us, and her alone.

Such a great business! My wife’s engagement ring had worn and the band had split. They repaired the band and replaced some diamonds that were missing. When she got it back it looked as it did 15 years ago! Great service and excellent workmanship!

I discovered Charles Nobel after being unable to find what I was after elsewhere. I wanted a lab diamond and was very happy with what I chose. Piers was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I had in mind so it was very easy to choose a stone and setting. I’ve just collected my ring and I’m really pleased with it. I ordered a bespoke engagement ring from Charles Nobel and my experience was brilliant. I initially phoned the store due to travel distance and was transferred to Piers when I explained what I was after. Piers booked me an appointment that day and talked me through the process.I explained the style of band and setting that I wanted and Piers gave suggestions with the metal type and claws to hold the stones due to my partner's work, but also explained which styles would have less of an effect of the look of the piece. I cannot recommend the service Piers and Keith provided my husband and I highly enough.We had been searching for our wedding bands for a while, especially mine as I have a solitaire engagement ring with a twist which no standard ring would fit comfortably alongside. I had a consultation with Piers and we discussed the option of a bespoke design based on an existing ring I owned which fitted perfectly to create a unique design when paired together. I felt confident that I had found the jewellers with the significant knowledge to make this idea come to life and that is exactly what they did. From the initial conversation, to the design proof, through to creation I cannot fault the service provided. I was contacted regularly with any updates regarding the design and the attention to detail to ensure the ring would sit perfectly was fantastic.We were on quite a tight schedule and Piers and Keith did everything to make sure the ring was ready for our big day. Upon collecting the ring I was on cloud 9 seeing what a beautiful job they had done at creating my wedding ring.In addition, my husband also purchased his band which Piers and Keith also took the time to ensure was the perfect selection for what he required.I would be sure to visit again for any future jewellery purchases.

Excellent jewellers, we took in my fiancé’s engagement ring which belonged to my grandmother, we wanted a stone replacement and resizing. We had such wonderful service, fantastic advice and the craftsmanship of the ring is impeccable. Would highly recommend!
