Good quality of communication with the guys.But:1. the brake discs were worn out. It is strange that they decided to change only after I paid attention.2. After 4,000 miles, the car began to have a lot of problems, including having to change the clutch.What can I conclude: the car did not pass a good check before selling.

After having a car I’ve owned from new written off, I found myself in the position of having to look for a second hand car for the first time in a long time and I needed one ASAP as my courtesy car agreement was due to end. All the staff at Carfella were friendly, helpful and professional. I found a car I liked and it had a bit of damage to it and advisories on the MOT and I was informed that all of the things identified would be fixed and sorted before I purchased the car and I was told if there was anything that was unrepairable, I would be given my deposit straight back. I was updated regularly and my car was ready to collect the day the courtesy car was returned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest second hand car dealership.

I’m new to the country and The Carfella guys were really patient and professional with me when I bought my first car here. A genuinely nice experience, the whole process from not knowing what I wanted to driving away happy in 24 hours and I’ve ended up with a much better vehicle than I was expecting. Will return!
