Customer service is top notch. Beni called when he was on the way and arrived between designated time. Once here I discussed the problem with him. He told me what he was planning to do and gave me an estimate. Once he opened up the wall he had me come over and take a look at what he discovered. Jose gave me the options on how to proceed and gave me his opinion. I could tell that he really likes his profession and has great work ethic. After giving him the ok to proceed, he finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company especially Beni. Great communication, very professional, does a great job, very helpful if you need suggestions or references and cares about the work he does. I will use again if when I have other plumbing issues
