Malak was a huge help to my boyfriend in store this morning who was stuck being locked out of his account after reporting his phone lost. She was able to help get back in the account and give advice on gaining access to the old sim number. Thank you so much.

Served by the friendliest girl Malak. Knows what she’s talking about and will make you feel comfortable the second you walk in im not tech savvy but she explained things very clearly I would highly recommend going to her when unsure what to buy. Overall 10/10 customer service would highly recommend!!

My experience was not good, bad decisions were made by staff and management.I’ve had an IPhone Xs for over 6 years and been with O2 over 15 years. I walked in to get a new phone which I eventually decided to go with the iPhone 14 Pro Max (their most expensive iPhone option).Once they sat me down, they tell me I’m in a contract and I need to pay £52 to get out of it first. This was a sim only contract. I did not want to leave them, I wanted a new phone on a contract and the exact same sim plan… but they insisted the charge would have to be paid. I suggested that I could just buy the phone instead of a sim plan and put my old SIM card in my new phone, this was not an option.I have resulted in buying the phone outright from Amazon which proved to actually work out cheaper. The point being though that my loyalty to O2 meant absolutely nothing to them and not only that, they were happy to lose out on well over £1000 worth of custom for the sake of £52. I don’t imagine any upper management would think this was the right decision to make for the sake of loyalty but more so for the sake of good business!

Went into the shop and I must say I had the best experience with one of the girls working in there I believe her name is Malak she made me feel very welcome in the shop when I was nervous to talk about what I wanted. Excellent customer service

Shocking serviceI upgraded my iPhone 11 and Apple Watch series 5 to a 13 and a 7 3 months ago happy to take my money. The female assistant cancelled both contracts and set up new ones or that what she led me to believe 3 months later thought my air time bill was high checked I had 2 watches on it Now trying to get my money back 02 customer service shockingThey didn’t cancel admitted that mistakeHmm will I get my money back don’t knowIs it cancelled hmm I can’t do that waited another 30 mins to be told yes but your in a 30 day notice.So I will be 4 months for a non a contract that doesn’t exist because their staff can’t do their jobWaiting for a manager call back won’t hold my breath if I could do zero stars I wouldN

Rang all day no one answers the phone. When to the shop yesterday meant to of sorted out my sim. Still no service after being promised 24 hours. Now they don't answer the phone. What's the point of a phone shop if this is the service you get this. Also no stock and you can't pay if your contract. Next time I will ring 02 instead of going to a shop. Useless to say the least. Very unhappy customer

I have to say I met the most arrogant young lad today. My phone got stolen so I went into the shop to hopefully purchase a new one but the shop assistant although going through the safety checks well making me go home for ID he just didn’t seem interested and it came across as it was all too much trouble. I hope I didn’t get a parking ticket outside as he could have warned me about parking eye as I was parked just outside and he knew I was concerned. I’m never coming back here again I will go into town. Just train him to be more helpful and interested as there was no one else in the shop so he had lots of time to help me.

Good service and product range. Only bad point is the shop is too hot. Please turn the heating down!
