Lextons - Hove

I can't thank Simon and Adrian, from Lextons, enough for all the help and support they have given us. This has been our first experience at leasing a property. The whole process was so much easier and quicker, that I expected, and handled with friendly professionalism .Thank you so much!

I used Lextons in Hove to purchase my first flat. Alice and the team were knowledgeable, supportive and quick to respond to queries along the way. I love my new home and am glad I made the move.

The sale had more than its fair share of ‘Snakes and Ladders’ twists and turns, due to various issues and I feared it might well fall through on a number of occasions. However, James managed to ‘smooth over the waters’ and keep it progressing, despite the hitches and brought it to a successful outcome for all concerned… Much appreciated, James.

Rented through Lextons in 2021 and it's by far the best agency I've used in the UK (I've used a lot of agents)They were always responsive and quick to solve any issues.They were also very courteous when we were moving out and needed to show the flat to other people whilst we still lived there.Our main point of contact was Sofia C and she has the best ethics! (Give her a raise if she's still there, Lextons!)

Lisa, Amy and team were fantastic in assisting with our purchase. They were responsive and always available to clarify our concerns. They even did good to follow up with solicitors when necessary. Managed to get us the property pretty quick compared to the usual 6 months ordeal.

Just sold our house through Lextons Hove. After being initially impressed with the sales team upon valuation and choosing them over two other agencies, we were so disappointed with the service.Everything took much longer than it should have and a whole month went by when nobody called back or replied to an email.Excuse was that our account had been handed to another colleague, but they obviously had not communicated this, so nobody took responsibility.As a consequence, surveys and checks that should have happened at the beginning of the process didn’t happen until several months in, when we hoped to be talking about exchanging. This resulted in a very large renegotiation of the original offer several months in. So disappointed and will not be using in future.

On a really miserable Thursday I enjoyed excellent show rounds of two Hove properties given by Lisa Morgan at Lextons. Arriving into Hove from London, Lisa was able to advise on areas and also shared great local knowledge which was very much appreciated .
