We are in the area on holiday and needed a vet, we were welcomed like a local, the staff were so kind and attentive, our dog was very well looked after.

We cannot fault the continuing care provided to our anxious GSD by Lauren. She is always patient and kind to him and as a result he is genuinely happy each time he sees her!

I cannot thank Green Lane enough for the care they gave my Dear old Annie .She suffered from fits since January .An old lady at 15 , sadly she got a little bit more poorly, but a year on and sadly was her time to run in the field in the sky.She was so looked after by Val and her colleagues.I cannot thank you enough for giving us another year with our dear Annie wobbles.The care till the end was outstanding.We miss her dearly but happy memories a must.Thank you so much all of you .You go beyond and that me and Annie will always be grateful .Thank you for giving me and the boys that extra time and always understanding .Great team.Big love and thanks

I cannot recommend Green Lane Vets enough. They have been honest, informative, kind and compassionate from the word go with our beloved 14 year old dog. He was mis diagnosed at a previous practice and has been in constant distress with a cough for a couple of months. But after arriving at Green Lane, our dog was treated and a plan had been put into place. He had a chest X-ray to diagnose his condition and was given life long medication. Our dog is settled now and the cough has reduced significantly. Their kindness and care will be forever with our family. They truly do care. Thank you

Thank you so much to Lauren and the receptionists today for the very warm and sensitive welcome of my very reactive little girl Rosie. The experience was completely stress free and has contributed to Rosie's rehabilitation. For such a busy practice the kindness, calmness and professionalism is outstanding.

Really gone down hill. Vets don’t stay long, leaving a lack of consistency, diagnosis or relationship building. Some of the vets have been awful. Administration is atrocious. Always running late with the excuse of having had an emergency every time. The car park regularly overflowing with cars with customers waiting for their appointments due to them running late. Orders are left incomplete. Prescriptions wrong. Emails not responded to. Phones engaged for hours at a time. They are still running a paper diary with notes left in pencil for the next shift. These are often cryptic and not understood by staff, leaving the customers without answers or correct communication.Most upsetting was leaving our beloved dog with a broken back for 2 1/2 hours whilst the vet went back to sleep, turning up at 8.30am to put him to sleep. I can never forgive myself for letting this happen, but we were beside ourselves and had trusted she was going to turn up soon, not leave him for so long. It broke our hearts and we let him down.I have since received an email from the Practice Manager horrified of the catalogue of events that I listed in an email to her. She appears to have taken them on board and we can only hope that she tries to rectify the issues there and prevent any further collapse in the levels of professionalism and service there.

Vets who care, been looking after my dogs for 20 years and no complaints yet! Val is a diamond. Thank you.The only drawback is the limited parking during busy periods.

Misty has had all her injections here and has shown no worries on each visit.. Thats good enough for us.. Happy Dog= Happy owners?
