Extremely useless company, who only care about money.Had our dog in for a urine sample + pain killers & antibioticsVet suggested we do 2 urine samples, the extra urine sample wouldn’t cost much more, £121.64 for this… which I thought was steep anyway.But it needs to be done, told us both tests and painkillers etc were included for this price. We went back two weeks later to hand in the second one. A week had passed we had heard nothing so phoned, the machine was not working so they couldn’t test the sample… no communication on their end to tell us that, so it’s a good job we had phoned. We then took another sample back, which they all of a sudden claimed we had not paid for.There has been multiple problems, they keep claiming to have spoken to us about things which they haven’t. So so wrong, and just extremely poor service, it really seems like they just want money and couldn’t care about your pet. We have now moved to a different vet, would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Very insensitive company! Chasing for money when a family dog died less than 3 days ago!! A very emotional time and for them to say they won’t cremate the dog as they needed to be paid on the day they came out to collect our beloved dog! Very insensitive, they need to learn some decency and show empathy when needed! Absolutely disgusting behaviour dealing with grieving families! Shame on you all! Fair enough if you want to be paid but choose your words when you’re chasing money from heartbroken families!

When you're pet is very poorly and a man is sitting crying why did the receptionists think it was ok to laugh and giggle at something, absolute disgrace

First time at this vets for my cats and I was very impressed. A separate room for cats in the waiting room and an added anxiety plug in, noted!Very friendly vet, excellent examination too.

All staff friendly patient and helpful. Vet had good Knowhow pets condition. The nurse was very effective when she trimmed other dogs nails. Both vet and nurse very friendly while remaining professional.

Vets for pets saved my dogs life last week, she had pyometra and peritonitis and they carried out life saving surgery, I can't thank them enough. The care was 2nd to none.
