Excellent work. They took great care in getting the installation of our new boiler and plumbing work carried out perfectly. The system is working perfectly and is truely 'high effiency' compared to our old Vokera boiler.They went out of their way to ensure that the removal of the old system and brickwork was carried out perfectly. Way beyond what I would have expected. They are also fastidious in cleaning up after the work is finished. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I should point out that I am a bit of a perfectionist and I cannot fault this company.With regards to costs they were well within the figure we had in mind. It was worth every penny !Happy to talk and show anyone who would like to see the quality of their work

Completely unreliable and terrible customer care. Contacted them to get a job done and got a quote. Agreed to come over and do the job the following week. Never contacted us or turned up. Re-arranged for Wednesday next week, but they never turned up or contacted us. This continued for the next couple of days until we finally gave up.They never bothered to contact us and let us know they weren't going to be able to make it on an agreed date and we had to keep chasing to get any response. Never once apologized for messing us about and didn't seem to care.Avoid at all costs!

Full heating system spec'd and fitted at very short notice. Complicated system with three thermostats and internet operational facility. Very happy with end result.

Their guarantee is not worth the paper its printed on. They burst the flue gas seal on my flat roof, charged me £500 + for parts I did not require. Left me with a unrepaired boiler in the middle of winter .Ask them if they returned my money for parts I did not require or offered to repair the damaged roof.They did not.

Excellent! I would highly recommend Kennedy Brothers for any plumbing work you require. They have just installed central heating in my property which has been completed to a very high standard. They removed an old water tank, fitted a boiler and radiators and cleaned any mess afterwards. They were easy to communicate with, and I am pleased at how quickly the job was completed in. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Installed a Worcester Bosch boiler. Issued a gas safety certificate. Then after receiving concerns from another installer about the fact it maybe was “at risk”. Gas Safe Register and Bosch both confirmed a number of issues related to safety and felt that this boiler should not be used.Given ample opportunity to fix and rarely turned up. Was informed by my letting agent that when they did they made it worse. Ended up costing 1600 GBP, to repair their “work”. Cost me 2800 GBP for the boiler and installation. Have reported to Gas Safe Register, Bosch and Trading standards.Contact me for reports, photos and additional information.

I've used Kennedy Bros for two small jobs and one big one (installing a new boiler). Each time they've responded quickly, come when they've said they will, and done a really good job at a lower price than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
