Great service!

Arranged a Splicer service and hire of a splicer while our splicer was being serviced. Paid extra for splicer hire to be delivered on a Saturday as it was required to complete some installations of new customers. Sales and hire team very pleasant and helpful but not really up to the job. Hire unit didn't arrive until Tuesday. Having given all the relevant details in emails it was clear that these were either not been read in time or just not acted on. Communication was poor. The splicer was serviced and despite saying that the cutter blade needed changing( a question I was asked by their team) this was not communicated to the service engineer. The engineer's report said the blade was satisfactory but it was not. We have had to change it ourselves.The service should have taken a week but took longer. We paid a lot of money for the service, a new battery and the splicer hire but overall we think this was poor value for money.The refund for the Saturday delivery arrived 2 months after the original order and not without contacting the company twice.Although I asked for some compensation none was forthcoming except that they would not charge us for the extra time we had the hire splicer for their failure to complete the service on time!For a large established company we are disappointed in the service and will not be using them againFibre for Rural Nottinghamshire

Went there for fibre training. Very good teachers with efficient teaching techniques. Professional lab, tools and materials provided for practical side. Friendly staff all around. Great company!
